"Daubner is a letdown despite the hype. The waiting line is incredibly long and chaotic, with no clear system, and the staff isn’t particularly friendly. You even have to pay extra just to sit and eat your cake there, which feels unwelcoming. Also disappointing that they don’t offer milk-free options. Expected much more from such a famous place."

"Always a long queue in that place. They should make the serving somehow simpler (I'm not sure how, but where there is a will there's a way).
They have nothing at all sugar free product (people who have diabetes). I think it would be a nice gesture to have one cake on the menu for them.
Anyway, the quality is exceptional, but I think it needs some improvement here and there, hence is only 4 stars."
