"Very nice and cute shop. We bought here yesterday and today. Yesterday the service was on point, they wrapped it nicely in pretty paper, sprayed perfume on it. Today there was another saleswoman who was not very friendly. She wrapped it in a regular plastic transparent bag. I asked to wrap it nicely in paper, since I was buying it as a gift, to which the saleswoman rudely said that it was impossible, gave me a piece of this paper and said that I would wrap it myself at home. The shop is very good, but such staff spoils all good impressions."

I bought two bottles of lotion and a can of perfume, which I wanted to give as gifts, but they only gave me a huge bag. I asked if they could give me another one and she said it would cost 2 Euros. If I buy in three installments today, there won't be this problem. I want to give this kind of white bag to people as a gift. The person who checks out has a very ugly face. If you are not happy at work, just drink coffee at home and don’t come out to make people feel bad. This has ruined the brand! This is the point. A beautiful brand needs a kind-hearted girl to serve as a waitress."
