"During our Avalon river cruise, we came at Pecs for some time. Our first stop was Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul. The second stop was this beautiful square right in the center of old town. This square has got a very long history behind it. The main attractions were Mosque of Pasha Kaszmin Gazi, Statue of Janos Hunyadi and Holy Trinity beside City Hall, Council Hall and Zsolnay Fountain. Our guide explained to us briefly about everything. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The entire square was a pedestrian zone which added to its beauty. One could chill around here for hours together.
Don't miss it..."

"Located in the centre of the city. Very good for walks. I think you can even do some picnics since there are a lot of grass area, but be careful of dog poop and what not. Many of the public transport lines also passes this point. It is also very close to the city hall. I think most events also happens here, such as the state foundation day."
