"Very bad experience in the wellness area. We arrived announced as someone who is not a hotel guest. Since it is a 4-star hotel, we expected such a service, but neither the service nor the welenes were even close to what we imagined and expected. We were greeted at the reception by a young and kind guy, without too much knowledge of the English language. He told us that he would show us where we could put our things. To begin with, we didn't get towels, but a piece of plain white sheet, we could only dream of a robe. We asked him about slippers, thinking we would get disposable ones, but we got dirty slippers from the lost/found basket. Changing rooms are common for men and women (it's not a problem for me personally). We experienced a real shock in the saunas, which are dirty, not maintained and very small. In one, part of the wooden wall was completely torn off. The tiles throughout the area are dirty and cold. There are only 4 deckchairs and one torn table. There is also no water/tea or fruit on offer. All the people were in swimwear, which in my opinion is completely inappropriate for saunas. After the bad feedback, the girl at the reception said she was sorry and apologized for the bad experience.

"The hotel has a bad smell due to humidity on the 2nd floor due to some guest installing clothesline along the corridor in front of the rooms. I had a clogged sink in my room and there is no support to place the body wash, so when taking a shower you have to place the body wash on the floor. This hotel definitelly is so far away of being a 4 star."
