"It’s a beautiful beach, very close to the Alibag fort. I’m monsoon, fort is accessible only at low tide. When we went water was receding, we could go on a horse cart which was a wonderful experience. The fort itself had a charm of its own. Surrounded with water it has some canons, a lot of greenery. Very picturesque.

Prices were pretty reasonable; we tried the water scooter for ₹200 and it was fun! You can also take a short boat ride from the beach to Kolaba Fort, which sits right in the middle of the sea — looks beautiful surrounded by water on all sides."
