Visitors appreciate the free entry, ample parking, and the blend of nature with amenities like workout machines and a musical fountain. However, some find the Funland area's charges a drawback, and the adjacent historical site can be emotionally heavy.
"One of the best place for recreational activities in amritsar or rather in punjab. There is no entry fee to the park, although the funland inside is chargeable and there are vendors inside varying from toys to juices to massages to what not. The park is beautiful maintained. It
has fixed work out machines, Skating ground, walkways, etc. It also has musical fountain. There are songs playing with loud speaker all over the place. Music isn’t too loud. The place is generally crowded in the morning and evening. You can see almost every tree in the ground. And regular sound of birds chirping is soothing to ears. Proper parking place is available for two wheelers & four wheelers. There is security at the gate."
