"It's clean and good station compared to other stations of Jharkhand.
Few things can be improved like parcel room doesn't have direct access to vehicle like I have seen in Bangalore which creates problem to carry heavy luggage or else pay the coolie and parking fee.
You can also book platform ticket from rail one app if you are near the railway station.
The station head is decent in taking actions against any complaint raised on rail madad but not the best."
