"A Divine Experience at Murudeshwar Temple
The Murudeshwar Temple, one of Karnataka's oldest and most revered Shiva temples, offers a truly uplifting experience. As you approach, the gigantic temple tower immediately captures your attention, and the divine statue of Lord Shiva radiates a powerful, positive aura. Situated right on the shores of the beach, the temple boasts a stupendous, panoramic view of the Arabian Sea, adding to its serene charm.
During my visit, I was particularly impressed by how well-maintained the temple complex was. It was refreshing to see that there was no VIP darshan system in place; everyone was treated equally, and the waiting time for darshan was minimal, allowing for a peaceful and unhurried experience.
For visitors, the temple also provides morning tiffin (typically upma and puffed rice) at specific times, and lunch is available. Do note that dinner is not served. The temple generally opens its doors at 6:00 AM and closes around 8:00 PM, giving ample time to explore and soak in the spiritual atmosphere.
Based on my personal experience, Murudeshwar Temple is an absolute must-visit place for anyone seeking spiritual solace, architectural grandeur, and breathtaking natural beauty."

"This temple has a wide history which is located at the coast of the Arabian sea. It is the 3rd tallest shiva temple and surrounded by 3 sides of water which is really good to enjoy.
Rush will be high on weekends and it will take time for darshan. The ultimate thing is many people can see the architecture of Raja gopura which is 20 floors.
Try to visit early in the morning so the rush will be less and later you can visit the gopura. There are many water activities, such as food, and shopping available."
