"The location is in Slum and noisy area with lot of honking sound outside. No runway and no reception. No lobby the room were smaller than they mentioned on website. We book for the biggest room and the most expensive one they sell on the website. But they gave us 27m2 room. And we ask the staff if there is any mistake on assigning the room. And they check with their colleagues and we were lead to the other room.. which is same size on another side of the building. We asked if it is the biggest room. And we were told that was the exact room. Even if they told us nicely the bigger room are not available we would understand.. as we are already hungry and tired from our ride all the way from Indore. They are trying to make fool of us , it was funny we were even forced to measure the room as well. We did measure the room and It was 27m2. We said we would like to have the room that we paid for, the bigger one, we were told to wait and we wait for an hour the staff were running around with no idea what to do. After they gossip each other for a while, they come up with an excuse and refused our stay. said 'stag entry are not allowed in the property. leave or I'll call security'.. that was very rude. so we got kicked out. We are just 2male traveller. Trying to get some peace after long week of work. . Very disappointing."

"I am not someone who writes a lot of review but I had to! My sister and I had the most wonderful stay at Sadar Manzil! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a palace — everything was so luxurious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable.
The rooms were beautifully designed with attention to detail.
The staff was exceptionally warm, polite, and attentive. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience and made us feel completely at home.
Truly they are really amazing people.
And the food — absolutely outstanding! Every meal was flavourful, very well prepared, and beautifully presented. Plus everything is super super clean and maintained.
Overall, our stay far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience a palace life!"

"The Hotel is nicely situated close to the lake. The entrance to the very old building is on a busy street which is not that convenient.
The front desk staff were confusing but friendly, just not very swift.
When we were shown to our room the fun started. We booked the 50M2 room with terrace and were given the 27M2 basic room which itself isn't bad, just not what I booked. Upon confronting we’re told we're stupid and the room is 50M2 thus should be happy. When the manager got involved, things got worse who was close to physical altercation.
