"If you’re in Chandigarh and want to visit ‘wonderland’, then this is your place. Beautifully designed and made. Takes you out of the Chandigarh feel to another level of shopping experience. An abundance of shops, majority of which are empty as the prices are very high. The customer service in almost every store needs enhancing. However the items and the variation of shops is excellent. Their food court seems to be the busiest part. A safe place with lots of security and airport security to even enter. Definitely worth a visit but don’t go out your way. 💫"

"It's one of the best malls in Tricity. For kids games are the main attraction. I visited there after a very long time and really enjoyed it.

The food court is the best place according to me there. One can satisfy himself with the taste, quality and variety of food available there. Options like veg. & non-veg and pure veg. Are also available there too.
The experience of watching movies here is phenomenal and the reason behind it is the screen size and quality.
What I am not satisfied with here is the parking. Basement parking is okay but the outside parking which is in front of the Elante Mall is not safe. I have seen people shouting at the parking staff over the theft of their car battery. The staff response was so rude which is like 'We are not responsible for any of the theft or loss or accidents in the parking lot'. They must ensure security while they are charging people to park their vehicle."
