Today I visited memorable museum on 18 July 2025 at 2 pm onwards.
Just loved the vibe of this place that is so peaceful and lush green garden & Well organised galleries with the collection of photos , artefacts ,letters depicting Netaji’s life.

Subhas Bose was born in this ancestral house Janakinath Bhawan on 23 january ,1897 and spent his early childhood at Odia Bazar in Cuttack,Odisha.
He lived in this house with a large family of eight brothers and six sisters. His father Janaki Nath Bose was a lawyer by profession and a man of repute during his time.
The museum comprises 12 galleries spread over two floors, showcasing various phases of Netaji’s life.
Interesting collections in the Museum include 22 original letters written by Netaji from Geneva, Milan in Italy, Mandalay Jail, Rangoon Jail in Myanmar, Presidency Jail, Alipore New Central Jail in Calcutta and Berlin to his parents and family members.
