What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning beauty of Dabhosa Waterfall, especially during monsoon, calling it an underrated gem near Mumbai. However, many lament the litter left by irresponsible visitors and note that access to the base can be restricted during peak monsoon for safety. The roads can also be challenging for smaller vehicles.
"Amazing nature spot littered by irresponsible humans..
Well laid road from Jawahar Silvassa road passes through Dhabosa village leads to the viewpoint of falls and to see it in its full glory is a feast to eyes, something which should not be missed when monsoon is at its peak but weekends would be crowded.
There is adequate parking place at the view point itself with two shops for a quick bite, just before parking stairs combined with steep mud trail lead to bottom of falls from where the majestic falls can be viewed closely but entry is mostly restricted during monsoon owing to safety issues and keeping in mind past accidents at this place.
The place at bottom of falls is littered with plastic bottles, packets etc which is very sad state of behavior even by educated folks 😕
A highly recommend place to visit with friends and family but be cautious if going down, it comes with a risk and a proper grip footwear is a must."
