The dedicated and compassionate staff, coupled with high-quality accommodation and delicious, healthy food, contribute to an overwhelmingly positive and transformative stay.
"From the moment I walked in the doors I felt very supported and taken care of.. and I felt like a different person when I left! I definitely got what I needed and I’m grateful for how much my body healed. I would highly recommend Dr Sharma and his amazing team here to anyone looking to get Ayurvedic treatment.
The accommodation is great. The food is high quality… and they make the best chapati I’ve ever had lol."

"Dr.Sharma helped me reclaim my life back after being at my wits end. Having been exposed to long term black mold, and other harmful toxins, my entire lymphatic system was clogged. No western doctors could help me and i was treated like a fool. I flew to India as a last resort of hope and the first center I went to, i had a really terrible experience.
It was hard for me to trust after this but I went with my heart and intuition after meeting the doctors. Arun could tell how sick I was, and even said don't worry about money right now we need to help you. I am feeling emotional even writing this. Its so hard and rare to find these type of people in today's world and it's very important they keep doing what they do.
Be warned, panchakarma is no joke and its a big commitment requiring a lot of patience and work on your end, however, if you want to go for it save yourself a lot of money and stress trying elsewhere. Unfortunately, a lot of the clinics in Kerala have become monetization havens.
Also, a special thanks to Dr.Shreya who is just as amazing. And the place wouldn't be the same without Smitesh's energy!! All the best guys and lots of love. Kyle"

"I finished the Ayurveda Therapist Level 1 course weeks ago, and the amount of knowledge is immense.
Dr. Sharma delivers his studies with so much love and care.
I can't wait to start the Level 2."

In-depth insights and expert knowledge
Understanding Panchakarma
This intensive therapy requires a significant commitment and can be physically and emotionally demanding. It typically involves preparatory stages (Purvakarma) like oil massages (Abhyanga) and herbal steam baths (Swedana), followed by the main detoxification procedures (Pradhana Karma) such as therapeutic vomiting (Vamana), purgation (Virechana), enemas (Basti), nasal administration of medicines (Nasya), and bloodletting (Rakta Mokshana), though not all may be used for every individual. The final stage (Paschatkarma) involves dietary and lifestyle recommendations to maintain the benefits.
Travelers often emphasize that Panchakarma is not a passive experience; it requires active participation, adherence to strict dietary guidelines, and a willingness to undergo deep cleansing. While challenging, those who complete it often report profound improvements in their physical health, mental clarity, and overall sense of well-being.
The Essence of Ayurvedic Cuisine
Expect a focus on easily digestible dishes, often featuring rice, lentils, seasonal vegetables, and traditional grains. Staples like tapioca (kappa) are common, serving as a nutritious alternative to rice or bread. Spices are used judiciously, not just for flavor but also for their medicinal properties, aiding digestion and promoting well-being.
Many visitors are pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness and wholesomeness of the food. The emphasis is on natural flavors and the inherent goodness of the ingredients, creating meals that are both satisfying and deeply nourishing.

Among its notable awards are 'Best Luxury Yoga & Wellness Retreat Worldwide,' 'Best Luxury Wellness Healing Retreat in Asia,' and 'Best Luxury Ayurveda Spa in South West Asia.' These recognitions underscore the village's dedication to providing world-class Ayurvedic treatments and holistic wellness experiences.
Such awards reflect the consistent quality of service, the effectiveness of their treatments, and the serene, healing environment they cultivate, making it a top destination for those seeking authentic Ayurvedic rejuvenation.
