What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Ghaziabad Clock Tower area offers a mix of historical charm and dining options. While the landmark itself is a point of interest, dining experiences can be inconsistent, with some visitors praising specific dishes but others reporting slow service, billing errors, and issues with food availability during events. Careful planning and clear communication with restaurants are advised.
"Yesterday I and my family went to celebrate our birthday. These people took one hour to give us a roti and then one hour for the vegetable. When we got angry, they told us that we are in a restaurant as if we have come to a restaurant for the first time. On top of that, theirs is a third class management, And on top of that, they were giving us a wrong bill which is very shameful. Our bill was of Rs. 2800 but they gave us a bill of Rs. 3800. If we had not seen, they would have easily taken more amount from us. I suggest don't go there this is thir class resturant and also management is also third class third class service bus location k paise lete yeh log..."

"We celebrated my daughter's birthday party. It was our third party we did at this place. I must say that the service was compromised this time. There was a lack of service at every stage. For every small thing i had to call the manager.
1) I had to tell them that switch on the AC as it was suffocating with increased crowd.
2) There were no hand towels in the bathroom , even after complaining about it. They kept papar napkin there.
3) The decided food menu was not served well all the time. After preparing for Dinner they stopped serving starters. My guest who came afterwards they didn't served snacks and it was disgusting requesting them to arrange it.
4) If a soup/ Cold drinks are on the menu then they shoudl make sure those things are available all the time for guest. Or they can also pur a separate couter, So guest can themselves approch the counter. Seems like for every little thing from soup to cold drink to snacks. We have to call steward and ask them to provide. There are people who dont ask and they left unserved.
5) Finally at 11 PM they removed the dinner without notifying us and if we asked for couple of plates to be arranged for the family members, who didn't ate all during the party. They said no that the kitchen is closed and there is no more to serve.
6) It is shameful that they accept the table for ala carte menu at the last hour during our party but they dont have food to serve us.
Even after spending 60K that night, I came out with dissapointment. If you care about your reputation. Dont book it, unless you Clearly speak about the above points."

"Overall experience wasn’t good.
It was a busy night for them, the place was crowded.
We ordered two things from the menu and both were not up to the mark.
We went to the reviews and showed a picture that we want to order this dish.
When it was presented, it was a bit different in toppings and mayo as well and taste was bad.
We shared this with waiter they said that the toppings are not available so we got it this way.
Then we asked the manager, who was very rude, replied nahi hai toh aise hi aaega."
