"Northeast Queen Steam Engine (YG 4119), a YG class meter gauge locomotive was built in 1956 by Wiener Lokomotivfabrik in Floridsdorf, Germany.
The Steam Engine was serving Badarpur Steam Loco Shed of NFR and was retired from service in 1997 after 41 years of its service. Post retirement it has been plinthed infront of the Guwahati railway station.
The steam engine now lies infront of the entrance to the Guwahati Railway Station which has been put here for display to the public."
