There is also Umananda temple near Shukreshwar devalaya and in between Brahmaputra. Easy to reachable, near pani tanki bus stoppage. This temple is along the Brahmaputra banks, and you can spend some good time with the calming sight of river flowing.5 star for old reputation and 3 star for its current management and operations.. you won't feel worshipful as we had felt like before if you are native of the city.. in current scenario, it looks more comercial than devotional... mighty river Brahmaputra gives you some immense power when you observe it flows from here beind . mostly good for small ceremonies and religious functional...car parking is a never ending solution for visitors..."
