What I loved most was how untouched and pure this place feels. The soft rustle of leaves, the distant call of birds, and the calming whisper of the wind through the pines — it’s nature’s music at its finest. I found a quiet spot to just sit, watch the clouds drift, and feel the heartbeat of the mountains.

For anyone looking for adventure, the trekking paths here are both scenic and soul-refreshing. But for those seeking stillness, Harsh Mountain offers plenty of corners where you can simply breathe, meditate, and reconnect with yourself.

My tip: Visit early in the morning or during sunset. The golden glow over the peaks is something you’ll carry in your heart forever.

"This Shiv temple is located on Harsh parvat. This temple is popular among the tourist with the name Kedarnath of Rajasthan. We went for darshan at this temple in the month of August 2025.

On 21st August the temperature was so high and we reach at around 1 pm. The sun was on top and the heat was unbearable. We thought that once we remove our footwear while entering the temple then how we can walk on stone stairs. But this temple is magical the temperature of the stones of stairs was normal. We can easily walk on them.

The next big surprise was the cool temperature inside the temple premises. We were so relieved under the temple. The ambience was so calm, peaceful and magical. The architecture was superb and temple looks amazing.

Whenever you plan for Khatu Shyam reengus then this temple should be in your list. This is just 1 hour away from the khatu shyam. temple."

"Harsh Nath Shiv Temple is a hidden gem located on a hilltop near Sikar. This ancient Shiva temple is rich in history and known for its stunning stone sculptures and carvings, believed to date back to the 10th century. The craftsmanship on the pillars and idols is truly mesmerizing — a paradise for history and architecture lovers.

Next to the main temple, there is also a Mata Ji temple, which adds to the spiritual experience. Both temples are peaceful and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot for prayer, meditation, or just a quiet escape from city life.

There is parking available near the base of the hill, and from there it's a short climb to the top. The walk is scenic and not too difficult, especially if you visit during the early morning or evening hours.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Sikar region. Whether you're a devotee, a heritage enthusiast, or a traveler looking for offbeat places, this temple offers a beautiful mix of culture, devotion, and natural views."
