"Balancing Rock at Jabalpur is a wonder and is one of the must visit places on your trip to Jabalpur. It’s located near the Madan Mahal Fort which just up the road. Reaching the site in private vehicle is best advised.
Reaching to the site is a bit difficult as the location isn't well-marked and signages are also less for first-time visitors. It’s a small site. The surrounding area is not very well maintained, and one can find litter inside the premise also.
One is mesmerized by the sight of a huge rock standing still and balancing itself on another rock since a long time ago. Balancing Rock has withstood the ravages of time and has stood strong even during earthquakes.
One can also visit the visit Rani Durgawati Fort (also known as Madan Mahal Fort) which is nearby."
