"A hidden gem in Jaipur!
Kanak Vrindavan Mahal is one of the most serene and beautiful places I’ve visited in the city. Nestled between the Aravalli hills near Jal Mahal and Amer Fort, the gardens are peaceful, well laid out, and perfect for a calm evening stroll. The blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture is stunning—marble fountains, chhatris, and lush greenery make it very photogenic.
The highlight is the Radha Madhav Temple (Old Govind Devji Temple) inside the complex. The temple interiors have delicate Araish and mirror work, and the deities of Radha and Madhav give the whole place a spiritual charm.
Entry is very affordable, and parking is available. It’s also great for photography and family outings. Some fountains weren’t working during my visit, but overall the place is well maintained.
Highly recommended if you want to enjoy Jaipur’s heritage, spirituality, and nature all in one place."

"Kanak Vrindavan, also known as Kanak Vrindavan Gardens or Kanak Ghati, is a historic royal garden complex in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Built approximately 275–280 years ago by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century, it serves as a serene retreat blending Mughal and Rajput architectural styles. The name "Kanak Vrindavan" derives from "Kanak" (referring to one of the Maharaja's queens, Maharani Kanakde) and "Vrindavan" (evoking the lush, mythical valley near Mathura where Lord Krishna performed the Maha Raas Leela with the Gopis). The site was designed as a peaceful haven for the Maharaja and Maharani, featuring lush greenery, fountains"
