What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise Rajasthali Emporium for its inviting atmosphere, wide selection of authentic Rajasthani handicrafts, and attentive, non-pushy staff. It's a great place to find unique souvenirs and decor. However, some recent reviews indicate concerns about declining product variety and quality, with occasional issues like broken zippers and potential overpricing compared to other markets.
"It was a very inviting, cool space to shop in peace. I stayed a long time and had a proper look around.
There are some very affordable souvenirs here starting from about 180 Rs and upwards. I fell in love with a gorgeous armchair. A couple of padded stools and a wonderful elephant bed cover. Unfortunately the shipping is more than the item, but at least they can DHL for you if you wish.
I particularly liked the ceramic collection and the Papier mache boxes.
They have gems and jewellery, brass, paintings, textiles, furniture, metalwork, wood and so much more.
The staff are attentive but don't push you and that is why I bought here.
They accept cards and cash.
Thanks for the nice experience!"

"Used to always come here when visiting Jaipur. They used to have a lot of variety of good quality.
Visited two days ago and there was very limited choice.
We bought a bean bag cover. The day after I saw that the zip was broken. As we were leaving Jaipur I did not have a chance to return it. Will never buy from this store again as the quality and choice of products are not what they used to be."

"They do not pay the vendors and keep ignoring and avoiding the Team. Rajasthali is highly unprofessional. We worked as their digital marketing team, delivered everything as promised, yet they refused to clear our payment. This shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for collaborators.
Vikas who sits on the front desk was the one who signed in the contract and did not pay at the end of us working with them.
They take services but do not value commitments or professionalism. Service providers and agencies should be extremely cautious before working with them, as they do not honor their financial obligations."
