The place is well-maintained, and you can hire a guide to better understand the history and hidden details. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the experience is worth it. Don’t miss capturing the fine sandstone work—it’s breathtaking."

"Location of this place is slightly inside and many times vehicles are not allowed inside. You either have to walk more than a km or pay 50-100 rs for auto! Once you reach there, there is 100s of guide who will be after you constantly. Almost all haveli in Jaisalmer has the similar architecture - intricate curving on stones. Even though you Rs 150 per person as entrance fee, this place is not maintained properly. Everywhere you see bat and get bad smell. So had to come out immediately."

"The jali work on the Havali is nice. We didn't went inside. To enter museum you have to buy tickets which is Rs. 200/ person. There are 5 havelies but only 3 Havalies are open for visitors. Also haviles are look same from outside."
