"Chamunda Mata Temple is a peaceful and spiritually uplifting place nestled within Mehrangarh Fort. The temple itself is small but holds deep historical and religious significance for the locals. What truly makes this spot special is the breathtaking bird’s-eye view of Jodhpur’s iconic blue houses—an unforgettable sight!
The atmosphere is serene, with a cool breeze and fewer crowds compared to other parts of the fort. It’s a perfect place to pause, soak in the beauty of the Blue City, and experience a moment of tranquility."

"This temple is situated inside the mehrangad fortress. One will have to walk all the way to this end point of the fort. This is the only temple in the premises of Mehrangad and the royal family used to offer puja here. There is a separate route for females and kids to go to this temple and a stairway to this temple for the men. Since we went to this temple during the sunset we witnessed a beautiful and mesmerizing sunset here. A note to the elderly, kindly take the elevator to the top of the fort and take a walk around as it is a huge place to walk and cover."
