"Kamlasagar Lake is situated very close to the Bangladesh border. It is said to be built by the Tripura King Dhanya Manikya. Bangladesh border is visible from here and looks great. This lake is just in front of the famous Kasbeswari Kali Temple and enhances its beauty.Devotees wash their hands and feet and even take bath before entering the temple. Lake is surrounded by beautiful trees and solar lights have been provided near the entrance. Big Pipal tree can also be seen near the lake with cemented platform. Small park is also made for the tourists and devotees to enjoy their trip. Small shops selling puja items and Prasad are also available. Water in the lake over the years has become turbid and doesnβt look clean. Lake needs maintenance and care. Best place to enjoy picnic parties."
