"Shivsagar Lake is located in Kamargaon. A beautiful lake located near Koyna damn offering a wonderful experience.
Very cool ambience and beautiful greenery surrounds the lake. But during peak summers the lake is dried up and water is scarce. The dried up Shivsagar Lake (Koyna backwaters) shows how places across the country are facing acute water crisis.
Boat ride is available. Motor speed boating is best here. The lake is very huge so don't go for normal boating as speed boating gives an amazing experience."
