"Highly recommended. We visited in the month of June. The water flow is less but I recommend you visit in December. Water is crystal clear. There was a large number of butterflies. Very nice place.
There is an entry fee for parking and persons.
Visit as a group of family members not as 2 or 3 persons."

"Anyone who wish to visit Mamandur location, they should come in December, January and February months only.
This month I went, but fully disappointed. The Eco Tourism people told me that there was some little amount of water available to see but there is not even a tiny amount of water available to see. Before entering they should've notified us that this month is not recommended to visit.
It's really sunny during the walk and there is nothing to experience. They charged us for tickets which was fine for us, but there were so many visitors who are coming inside the Forest from the other end of the forest without buying the tickets.
I like the walk track which is covered by wooden trees with lovely greenery.
Overall experience is not good but the location is fine."
