"The town of Karwar has some special tourist attractions. One of them is the Rock Garden near the beach. It is situated in an area with some large trees. As the name suggests, there are some abstract rock sculptures in the garden. But the main attraction is the life sized statues of different communities of this area, in their traditional attire, doing daily chores around their homes.
It seems like the ancient history has come alive after watching these figures. It is a nice spot to spend your evening. There is a 20 Rupees ticket for the garden. It is open till 6.30 in the evening."
