"Kaudia forest jungle safari is a small drive into the kaudia forest in Kantal. There are multiple options here to explore in this forest. Most prefer is jeep safari. The cost of jeep is 2200 and 5/6 people can easily seat in the jeep. This will show you 8km of forest with multiple photo stops along with small Bhairav baba mandir and Meggi point. Second option is by walk which is allowed for 1km without any charge. Third will be deep forest walks and treks but for this you have to hire guide which will cost 300 per person but highly negotiable.
This forest have multiple birds , deer & devdar ,pine and silver oaks trees along with other multiple trees like apple , bhransh and many more. During safari you will not get to see the animals or birds but the green forest is also worth it to watch. Best time will be early morning this time some chance to see one or two of them. This place is open since 6 am in morning to 5 pm in the evening.
If you in kanatal or around dhanulti or Tehri this place is must visit. Inside the forest Kaudia estate is one the premium resort available which will cost you more than 10k per night and also some other economical resorts are available. So if you want to stay inside the dense forest you can explore these places as well."
