"St. John's Church is not commonly talked about—I wasn’t even aware of it myself. But visiting it left me amazed. If there is any church in Kolkata that can rival St. Paul’s Cathedral in size and beauty, it is this one. The church is situated on a spacious premises, about a 10–15 minute walk from BBD Bag Station and just 2 minutes from the Kolkata High Court. The entry fee is ₹10 per person. It is a serene and well-maintained place. Apart from the church itself, the premises also house a monument, the tomb of Lady Canning, various paintings, and statues. A visit here is certainly worthwhile for everyone. The church remains open every day except Sunday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. The peaceful environment makes it a perfect place to experience calm and tranquility."
