However, many reviews highlight concerns about poor maintenance, animal welfare, and limited historical exhibits, leading to disappointment for some.
"The place was peaceful. It is a great place to just go for a walk. There is well maintained children's park inside. There are a few deers, peacocks, couple of snakes in an enclosure. The aquarium was closed.
The staff were really friendly. The place looked understaffed. The available staff were doing their best to keep the place running.
It is a good visit as a park and a place with great historical significance."

"Totally disappointed. There is nothing.
Don't go there. Full waste of time and money.
I am really sorry to say that, it is really worst situation when I visited.
First of all they are collecting parking fee for parking the vehicle on road side. I didn't understand the logic behind this. Because there is no parking facility provided by this administration. Second think is the area is poorly maintained as bushes are grown like Forrest may contain venomous snakes dangerous to visitors. The peacock was with fractured leg in very worst condition. One cat was there in a small cage look like a domestic cat boarded with wild cat poorly maintained cage. And the deer available there are also not energetic looks like going to dead soon. I don't understand why department doing this cruelty. But one positive thing is there some monkey available they are fully energetic ready to steal the food items carrying by visitors. all aware on that...."

"More romantic hideaway than historic landmark. Parking fees are steep. Limited sights. Not recommended for history buffs or families. Some birds, rabbits, and deer are there. Only fort(wall) is there. Better don't visit."
