Surrounded by dense forests of towering deodar (cedar) trees, the temple exudes a mystical charm that instantly calms your mind and soul. It's not just a religious site – it's an experience in itself.
The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and the atmosphere here is deeply peaceful. Unlike most temples where you often find noise and crowds, here you’re greeted with silence, fresh mountain air, and the subtle sounds of nature – birds chirping, wind rustling through the trees, and distant temple bells. The setting is surreal, like something out of a Himalayan folk tale.

I visited during the Shravan month on a Monday morning around 11 am — it wasn’t crowded, which made the experience even more special. The walk to the temple is scenic, and during monsoon, the greenery makes it absolutely magical. Perfect place for peace, devotion, and connecting with nature.
