"Online on the place's overview there were pictures of swimming pool but on booking even the best room here that is the super deluxe room, we did not get access to swimming pool. They said it is not a part of this property. They also said that the swimming pool is present only in moksha that is a 5 star place. And that we cannot have access to that even after paying. Scam!"

"We had booked valley view room with balcony to enjoy the scenery. But we were unable to do so because of the monkey menice. There were monkeys all the time in the balcony making it inaccessible for us. And to further add to nuisance they even littered the balcony and most of our time was spent in shooing them away from inside the room. Once they even tried to enter the room and take away eatables. All the hotel staff did was give us a stick and we had to stay on high alert the entire time. Poor maintainence by the hotel. This is not what were there for."
