Seriously, I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by existing. Every interaction, from the locker rental guy to the lifeguard yelling at a kid (unnecessarily, I might add), was met with this bored, condescending glare. Zero enthusiasm, zero helpfulness, and frankly, just plain rude when we asked a simple question about where the lazy river started. They acted like they hated their jobs and wanted everyone to know it. If you want a fun day out, go somewhere where the employees don't treat the guests like they're a nuisance. Sort out your customer service, waterpark! The staff killed the vibe completely.""

While outside food isn’t allowed, there are restaurants inside that serve decent meals at reasonable prices, so that wasn’t a big issue. Entry tickets are priced at ₹840 for adults and ₹740 for children below 4ft 4inch, which felt a bit on the higher side. But overall, the fun and memories made it worth it.
