"Adavi Nainar Dam – A Quiet Spot for a Short Visit
Adavi Nainar Dam is located just 4 km from Thirumalaikovil and is a decent spot to spend some relaxed time with friends or family, especially in the evenings. There isn’t much to do here apart from enjoying the view.
There’s a small playground for children, and the dam looks especially beautiful during the monsoon season when it's overflowing. However, there’s no access to the dam premises itself.
Parking is a bit of a challenge, as there’s no dedicated space—vehicles have to be parked along the roadside. A few small shops nearby offer snacks and refreshments."

"It was an unbelievable site! Initially I thought it would be a regular dam and acts as view attractions to the tourists! But to my shock it was like mini falls! The overflowing water seeps down step by step and like a shallow pond was created beneath it where people were allowed to bath! Had a good view overall and enjoy our time there with family! And the way to the dam was spectacular! It was fully covered with greens and the ride experience is the best! Recommended for nature lovers!"
