It is very good preserved and well kept. Believers may attend the synagogue for prieres during the day, Sabbath and jewish holiday as there is a small jewish community in Pune. Visitors are welcome after a short investigation for security purpose. There is a wide parking lot

"I read a lot about this one of a kind synagogue in Asia so I went to see it. It is a place of worship for Jews and they come from all over the world to visit this place.
Unfortunately I could only see it from outside as they don't allow non-jews inside. I really wanted to experience the Gothic marvel."
