The building also serve as cultural hub and host various cultural activities and religious gatherings. The building is located between kacheri chowk and Jaya stambh chowk. It is a must visit place for tourist who visits capital of Chhattisgarh. Architecture of building is beautiful with the main auditorium located at a impressive height above ground level.
