"Shnongpdeng is an adventure destination with several activities being hosted in the vicinity there. Serving as a border for India from Bangladesh, the Umngot river is one of the main attractions and source of the water activities that are held there. Float on top of the crystal clear river and listen to the water soothingly flow to Bangladesh. Plan an overnight trip with your friends and let nature sink in into you while you enjoy a pleasant stay at the riverside camping site."

"Hanging bridge, clear water river, camping, sunrise pebbled river bank… so many great views. Even the road leading up to it is like a tropical forest with great many vegetations to see smell and feel."

"Shnopedang is not a alternative of enjoying beauty of Dawki river, but it's more than that. The river is in list of worlds clearest river. In winter its crystal clear.
It's camping site, some tree huts are also available. One hanging bridge, zip line, Boating & water sports makes it heaven for adventures people.
Better to stay atleast for one whole day to enjoy with group or family. I have booked one tent and tree Hut as well for my family. It was very nice experience.
When you do boating, it's crystal clear water, make you to perceive it's not deep. Please do not assume, it's deep enough to get drowned. I have done cliff jumping, snorkeling & boating. Water was chilling in winter.
When you are in hanging bridge you will get actual feel of cleanest & clearest river photography. Loved it. Must visit place."
