What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Somnath Market offers a vibrant street shopping and food experience near the beach, with many visitors enjoying the local snacks and cultural items. However, concerns about cleanliness and scattered plastic waste are frequently mentioned, highlighting a need for better public awareness and waste management. Despite this, the market provides a lively atmosphere and affordable options for travelers.
"You will get all basic needs like tea, snacks, coconut water, etc. This is basically a market on the Somenath beach built in temporary tents. There are several vendors for camel and horse riding as well. I have reduced couple of stars due to cleanliness. You will be able to see plastic garbage here and there. Public awareness is much more required."

KISHAN DAVDA
"Really loved the place and if you are visiting somnath then do visit this beach and enjoy cycling on the walkway where one side you can enjoy Somnath temple view and on the other the vast and majestic ocean, really really chilling vibes and do note that cycling is only available on morning and evening. The only thing I didn't liked is the beach was a little dirty, not dirty as the other usual beaches but still a little dirty except that food is good view is good and environment was excellent."
