"This is a decent jetty. Not many services on offer. Only waiting area with a small food shop. Still fine. You need to reach here at least one hour before the ferry leaving time. It doesn’t have drinking water facility so have to buy bottled water only. Toilets are relatively clean."

"It's located on extreme end of the city. They have proper parking space a restaurant inside terminal. What's lacking is proper xfer of your luggage. Once you arrive from boat they just keep your luggage out on port and place gets crowed as everyone try to find their own luggage. This needs to be fixed with proper belt facility just like airports."

"Ferry to Havelock is available here . The two operators from here are Makruzz and Green ocean. Both ferries are air conditioned with 1300 as far for both ways. Baggage scan is mandatory. Similar to airport checking. A small canteen with snacks are available here ."
