"Famous murugar temple in port blare named as Vetri Malai Murugan Temple. The temple is very devotional, quiet & provides you with mental peace . This place is situated quite close to cellular jail. The temple have the facilities like ample parking spaces& ensuring a hassle-free visit.
It is situated on top of a hill. But it is very easy to climb. There are two ways to reach the hill one has small steps from the road and another one is from parking side with less steps comparing with the other one. This place has the establishment of lord Murugan , lord ganesha & lord shiva as well as all the navagraham. The temple has ample space & provides a good scenic view.
When I’m visiting there was a marriage occasion done in the form of Kerala tradition. It is so nice to see those people dressed in their traditional form. There is more space to do mediation and explore your spiritual."
