"It's a small hill located in Thrikkadeeri near to Cherpulassery, Palakkad dt , Kerala . It's a perfect place to hangout with friends, family or spend time alone with nature . There's a small water fall which is flowing in one side (more good in monsoons) , 2 hills are facing each other and between them a road . There's is a very small entry fee. In one mountain there is steps and handrills and the other doesn't have . There are many small benches to sit there , also the main mountain have swings . It's a best spot for sunsets . Weekends will be busy with people ; but it's nice . Monday is a holiday and it's closed . One tea shop and 2 to 3 icecream vehicles are available at the base of mountains . There is also a washroom to fresh up."

"Anangamala Eco tourism is maintained by Kerala Forest Department, Ottappalam division located near Kizhoor.
Entrance ticket can be collected from the entrance. Fee for one person is Rs. 40. We can take a small trekk to Upperside of hill, where a small playing area for children is also arranged. After that, the trekking to the topmost portion is restricted. Which can only be done after getting special pass from the Forest authorities.
We can also go to the right side of the Hill. A small ditch is flowing beneath the valley gives the entire place an elegant look at rainy seasons. The view from the top, in that period is beautiful especially at the background of nearby paddy fields. This place may not be suitable elderly as it requires some upward hike. Best time for visiting is afternoon."
