We visited during mahaotsav 22 and it was amazingly decorated with flowers. Elephant horse created out of flowers.

"Visit if you have leisure time. "Poola Baavi" is there. They prepare garland of flowers for Lord Venkateswara Swamy here. You can see the rare flowers like "Maha Sampangi". General public can visit the place and take the photos (except the flowers). Toilets are nearby."
