"The tourist resort is located amidst the quiet little village of Touphema.
There is so much history in this place, from the iconic viewing tower, the mythical stones, the museum, the arena and the archways.
They assigned us a guide who was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. He patiently took us through the entire village explaining each site and the historical importance of it.
We got to visit the Orange Farms and eat fresh Oranges and Guavas.
The team provided us with beautiful rooms with good hot water supply, yummy food and the beautiful views just added to the whole experience.

"One of the most beautiful place in Kohima. Cottages are well equipped with hot water , fireplace, room serving etc. The care taker was very hospitable and helped to see nearby villages. The place has a watch tower over looking the beautiful valleys, paddy fields and hills. A must visit place."

"A model town created to give travellers a feeling of traditional Nagamese homes. Each cottage looks and feels like one. The highlight is the fireplace inside which helps keep the room warm in winters. They conduct a guided village tour which is a must to explore and understand the history of the village. Also see the museum if you can. Do try Roselle tea when you are here."
