"On my recent visit to Udaipur on 14th Sept, 2025 I visited this place. One can visit the place either by walking or through ropeway. Charges for adult are Rs 117 and for child are Rs 51 for child. One cabin can accommodate 6 people. If you want the private cabin, then charges are different. They assign token numbers and the numbers are displayed on the screen. In total 3 cabins are there. We were a group of 18 ppl and so we all were able to go in one ride itself spread across 3 cabins. The wait time both while going and coming back was 10 mins around. The service is good and safe. You get to view beautiful surroundings. One can visit the Karni Mata temple which is approx 35-40 steps from the ropeway drop. After visiting temple, there is a seating area with eateries where you can enjoy food and good skyline views of the city. They also have shops where you can buy souvenirs and enjoy fish spa. Overall a must visit if you are in Udaipur."

You need to get down after going one way- visit the temple , and again get the token number for returning back.
