"* I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the food quality and service during my recent visit to Berm Park, Vijayawada. I visited your hotel with my friend .Unfortunately, the food served was not up to the expected standard in terms of taste and freshness.
Additionally, the staff’s response to our food orders was unsatisfactory. They were unresponsive and did not address our concerns properly when we raised complaints. This affected our overall experience adversely.
* I would like to request that the management and operation of Berm Park Resort, Vijayawada be transferred to private entities.
I believe that privatizing the resort will improve overall service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The staff is courteous and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking space, which is always a bonus for families or groups. The property itself is huge, so you won’t feel cramped even if it gets busy. The only real downside is the restaurant—it has limited food options, and sometimes you might be directed to eat at nearby places if there’s an event or wedding going on."
