The best of all - the animals truly look happy and taken care of. You can never know for sure, but it really seems like everyone is really passionate about their jobs and doing their best to give all the animals the best care and love. Their enclosures are spacious, beautiful, and clean.
If you’re going a day tour, definitely do both the safari and the marine park. Aim to come as soon as the park opens, there’s really a lot to see and do. You don’t want to miss any of the shows and feedings.

"One of the coolest experience we had it with our kids, we rented two prams for kids it’s an one time deposit with no refund, but we can stroll through an entire day till 5 PM it’s worth it. And it is very well organised and the people who engage the kids, they must be applauded for their efforts, since the main visitors would be kids, all the people were so patient. They interacts with kids and explain them about the habitat, ecosystem, food everything about the animals there. I couldn’t go to the marine park (would definitely try to go there next). They had some traditional musical instrument played by an elder, well my kid a music student she asked him to teach her to play the instrument he patiently did it and she played it also. It was such a surreal experience. Of course, the safari has crowd but people there manage it well. One of the must visit places in Bali. Thank god we had our time there."

"We’ve had a great experience, you need to get there by 9:30 to catch all the animal educational presentations from general to tiger then elephants and the smiles petting area , after that we only did the safari by bus since we have a baby then we were done by 1 pm which is a half day , of course you still
