What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the exceptional marine life and thrilling dive conditions at Batu Tiga, highlighting encounters with sharks and manta rays. Dive operators receive high marks for their professionalism, attentiveness, and the quality of their service, including delicious food on liveaboard trips. Some minor points of improvement mentioned include slow WhatsApp responses and basic shower facilities on boats.
"From the very first day I contacted this dive shop five months ago, their team was extremely warm and responsive. They always replied quickly and kindly, and even when unexpected situations came up, they were very understanding and accommodating. That already gave me a lot of confidence before the trip started – truly a five-star service from the beginning.
I had an incredible 4-day trip with this dive shop, completing 12 dives that I will never forget. The underwater world in Komodo is simply breathtaking – so many different marine species, thrilling currents, endless sharks and majestic mantas. Every dive felt like a brand-new adventure.
A very special thanks to our dive guide San. He was extremely attentive and caring to everyone in the group. When the current was strong and I didn’t have enough fin power, he always came down to give me a helping hand, which made me feel safe and comfortable at all times. Even when there were many divers in the same site, San would skillfully bring us to explore other areas first, then bring us back later so we could enjoy taking photos without rush.
What impressed me even more was how San constantly pointed out fascinating macro life for us to see and photograph – from tiny critters hidden in the reef to sharks resting quietly under the corals. His sharp eyes and patience really made each dive extra special.
Life on the boat was also very well taken care of. From breakfast, lunch, fresh fruit, drinking water, tea and coffee, everything was thoughtfully prepared and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, this was truly one of my best diving experiences ever. If I come back to Komodo, I will definitely dive with this shop again. Highly recommended to all divers, whether you are here for the big pelagics or the tiny macro creatures – you will not be disappointed! 🌊🦈🐢✨"

"Good information on the dive sites, what to expect and what to be extra careful off. Clear instructions. Good fun but also safe. Different dives sites in the three days we’ve dived. We would definitely come back to dive with Dive Komodo again; it were a wonderful three days! 😍🤩 nice crew and good lunch between the dives. regards, Rick and Renee"
