What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Curug Cipamingkis is praised for its natural beauty, refreshing waterfall, and unique accommodation options like glamping. However, visitors often mention the challenging road conditions and potential for overcrowding during peak times. Some also note issues with privacy in certain accommodations and minor amenity shortcomings.
"Toll access was far from the site. Narrow road and also dont expect smooth ride. Alternative was also a nightmare as the 2 ways road are keep blocking each other as the road was too narrow for two cars. The place was very crowded, as expected as we were on a long holiday weekend. The villa we rented has no privacy as the view from the balcony are camping grounds. Loud music from the camp grounds was very annoying. The room amenities were standard, could have been better. The villa also had roaches, but we were on a camping site inside a sideroad forest so its expected. Its a good experience for the kids. Although some improvement could be done to attract more various clientele."

"You can rent the villa or simply build your own tent cheap. Weekend entrance fee 65K (car parking and all the service included). You can enjoy the waterfall, fish therapy, suspension bridge, etc. Depends on the weather but you'll often see mountain dew after 2 p.m"

"My friends and I stayed at Villa Damar. At first glance, the villa looked very nice and we liked it. However, one downside is that the villa is right on the main road. Fortunately, the road isn’t too busy, so it wasn’t too noisy. Additionally, it wasn't mentioned on Instagram that Villa Damar is located right on the roadside. Furthermore, I think the management is lacking because they sell the villa for a maximum of 5 people, but they only provided 4 towels and 4 blankets. When we asked for more, we had to pay extra. While after long discussion we got free. They should be able to provide the full amount according to the maximum capacity they sell. On the plus side, the facilities and air quality were very good, making it suitable for families and children. The area also has a camping ground, and there are many small eateries, so finding food isn’t difficult."
