Our German instructor, Denise, was incredibly humble and attentive to detailโshe made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. As absolute beginners, we had plenty of questions, and she was so sweet and patient, guiding us every step of the way. I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout the dive. I genuinely wish I was still in Gili T so I could complete my certification with them.
A big shoutout to Cami, who accompanied us for the photos and videosโshe was absolutely joyous and full of energy, hyping us up and making the whole experience even more fun. The photos and videos were the perfect way to remember such a special first dive.

"I did my Open Water course here and had such a great experience. My first lesson was with Em, who was super nice and explained everything really clearly. The rest of my days were with Jimmy, and he honestly made the whole thing unforgettable. Heโs amazing at teaching while also keeping everything super fun. Couldnโt recommend him enough!
As for the dorms, theyโre definitely on the budget side. Itโs cheap, but Iโve stayed at other places with better conditions for the same price. The AC didnโt really work, my sheets had some sand on them when I arrived, and the beds are a bit shaky, so sleep wasnโt the best. A little more cleaning and maintenance would really improve the stay. But honestly, if youโre here mainly for the diving experience, the room doesnโt really matter that much.
That being said, the diving itself was incredible. I had so much fun as a first-time diver and felt super comfortable the whole time. Iโll definitely be coming back for my Advanced course!"
