The interior of the mosque has been renovated recently. The result of the renovation has created a beautiful space that takes my breath away. 10,000 people can comfortably fit inside. The passive cooling features such as the wide verandah and walls that have large openings to allow for cool air to enter and hot air to escape. There is a huge Al-Quran in a glass case located on the top floor of the mosque. This is certainly an iconic building for Makassar."

i love how they prepare everything with many specific part of places inside the mosque for ramadhan and after eating they clean the floor so fast.
