"One of station in Jakarta that still maintaining its old building structure. Mostly use for commuter line. But there's also long distance train here. The place located in city center, pretty much close to many tourist attraction.
Place spacious, parking lot limited and inside the place, there are plenty of shops for you to eat or buy things from mini market."

"Clean station, many convenient stores (most closed at 10pm). Came here to experience Jakarta trains. Nice ex Tokyo rolling stock. Bogor Line trains are clean and well maintained. Staff cleaning it when I boarded. Trains can be crowded.
Also where I got a KMT card (Transport emoney Card) from the counter. Wanted to get a Bank emoney card (more versatile, more top up options) but all convenience stores were sold out. The KMT card can be used for KAI Commuter, KA Airport, MRT, LRT, TransJakarta etc. but I read can only be topped up at KAI train stations with Cash. Card costs 40k with a 10k credit. Nice souvenir anyways. I recommend the bank cards if you can get your hands on it. (Mandiri emoney, BRIZZI, Flazz etc)."
